Principal Message

Hello Adelaide Families,

My name is Patty Arbon. I am very excited and honored to be your child’s principal and your partner in education.

Being a principal is exciting and fulfilling. With six children and two grandchildren of my own, I realize how important your children are to you. Some things I enjoy are early morning walks with my little dog Cooper, traveling, reading, connecting with friends and spending time with my grandchildren, Tanner and Navy who are amazing! I love being spontaneous and am always willing to try new things.

Adelaide is part of a great community. Parents, community volunteers, and faculty work diligently in creating opportunities for students. It is amazing to see the dedication of all stakeholders.

At Adelaide our goal is for students to love learning and help them prepare for their future. We want our students to progress socially, emotionally and academically. When we can empower students to take charge of their learning with a growth mindset, there are no limits. This year our school theme is Adventure Awaits!

Building relationships, making connections, and having open dialogue between staff members, students, and parents are essential to our success. We want to work together in partnership with you to make this a successful year for your child. When we are united in our purpose of supporting the academic, social and emotional well-being of every child, we will help students succeed.

I want to encourage you to join the PTA; their partnership in supporting our students and teachers is invaluable.

It is a pleasure to work with such a dedicated staff here at Adelaide, and I look forward to getting to know you and your children. My door is always open should you need anything.
